1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Deal Report platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Deal Report is an online real estate marketplace and intelligence platform operating in the GCC region. We provide deal listing services, broker rankings, market news, and related tools for real estate professionals and investors.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits are used to submit deals for publication. Pricing is displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). All transactions are processed through our payment provider, Revolut.
5. Deal Submissions
Deals submitted to the platform are subject to editorial review. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any deal listing that violates our guidelines, contains misleading information, or is otherwise inappropriate. Submission does not guarantee publication.
6. Broker Verification
Brokers may apply for verification by submitting their BRN (Broker Registration Number) and supporting documentation. Verification status is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
7. Daily Lottery
The daily lottery is a free deal submission channel. Winners are selected randomly from the ticket pool each day. Participation does not guarantee publication. Lottery tickets may expire if not selected within the specified timeframe.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading deal information; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission; (f) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the Service is owned by The Deal Report and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitter, but by submitting you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Deal Report provides information for general purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any deal listing, broker ranking, or market data. Investment decisions should be made based on independent due diligence. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may not be refundable upon termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
